  • If you wish to cancel a reservation, please send a notice of cancellation of said reservation via confirmation e-mail or call Ufufu Village to notify us of your cancellation.

  • If you wish to change a reservation, please call Ufufu Village to notify us of your intent to change said reservation.

Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions
​

We may cancel the accommodation when the meteorological information produced by the National Meteorological Services in the afternoon of the previous day, says that our facilities may not be able to provide a safe accommodation for our guests.

We may also cancel the accommodation when we cannot assure our guests of a safe accommodation due to inclement weather conditions on the very day of your reservation.

We may cancel the accommodation under inclement weather conditions such as:

  • when the National Meteorological Services forecasts a storm approaching our facilities.

  • when the National Meteorological Services issues a weather warning to the said facilities.

  • when we decide to stop the provision of service due to bad weather conditions
